Returns & Exchange

XHE has a 7-day return policy. Products purchased on the Website have to be returned to XHE within 7 days from the day you received your order. If you want to make a return, please provide us with your order number via the return/exchange form. We will provide you with a return label and the shipping instructions via email.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and perfect condition (without any signs of wear and tear, no scratches or damages)
Returns will be closely inspected and if it matches all the refunding criteria above; The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.
Please note your shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You will be refunded the product cost only. Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong pieces have been delivered.
XHE does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes that may be incurred in your country and are unable to waive or refund.
Please note that made-to-order products, hygiene products (e.g. earring), or products marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
