XHE has a 7-day return policy. Products purchased on the Website have to be returned to XHE within 7 days from the day you received your order. If you want to make a return, please contact us (fill in the return form) and we will provide you with a return label and the shipping instructions. Return is free of charge within 7 days. (suggest to return within 7 days of report)
Product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition (without any signs of wear and tear, no scratches or damages)
Returns will be closely inspected and if it matches all the refunding criteria above; The full amount of your return will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.
Styles marked as Sale, made-to-order sizes, and shipping fees are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note your shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You will be refunded the product cost only. Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong pieces have been delivered.
XHE does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Duties and taxes may be incurred in your country. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them.
Due to hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the product(s) must be returned via our return form. The return form will provide you with a DHL return label which you have to apply on your sealed parcel. There will be a return shipping fee withdrawn from the refund amount.
